Double room in social Stepney Green house share :)

I am leaving my current house share in Stepney Green to move into a flat with my girlfriend and so I am on the lookout for a potential new housemate for the guys that will remain here (Starting from June 1st)

The space is really well maintained and we have a weekly rota to keep on top of general cleaning/tidying of the house. All housemates are really tidy and make sure to look after one another. The house also has a really responsive landlord who is always available if there is a problem with absolutely anything - he’s great!

All of the housemates have a varying range of occupations but are all very sociable, friendly and welcoming. We often go out to the pub or a restaurant for a drink/food together as the London life can be hard for anyone just moving down especially into a house where you don’t know anybody!

About the room itself; it is a double room with enough space to have a tv/desk in and comes furnished with a bed, side lamp and wardrobe, the wardrobe has plenty of space for clothes and other belongings to be stored in there. There are also an extra three cupboards in the house if any extra storage is needed for anything at all! The room gets natural light and has wooden floors.

The house is perfect for any young professional moving to London and needing a place to stay with great transport links to the city. Stepney Green tube station is only a 5 minute walk away (Hammersmith and City + District Line) and Whitechapel is only a short distance away too - meaning Elizabeth Line and Overground connections too!
