Male housemate wanted! Chill social 6 bed house :)

Hi there everyone, looking for our next housemate!

We are a group of young professionals/students aged 21-26. The household is mixed gender, and we would prefer that this room is taken by a guy to help keep the ratio relatively even :) summary below:

Move-in date June 8th!

Located right next to Queen Mary University, 5 min walk to Sainsbury and Stepney Green Station.

The room (pictured) is a good size, with space for a desk and chair, drawers and wardrobe while still having a good bit of floor space. It is on the first floor right next to one of the shared bathrooms. The photos of the room are from the current tenant (me!), but the bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and wardrobe are included. The landlord is happy to provide extra furniture you may need. The windows on the bedroom have a one-way coating which means that people can't see in, but you can see out during the daytime :)

It is pretty chilled here on weekdays, with most of us working from home most days (in the garden when it’s nice!) and watching tv etc in the eve.

On weekends we will sometimes do group outings, cook big meals together, go to the pub, the occasional rave etc, and generally just have a lot of fun all hanging out together.
