Double room in friendly houseshare

We have a double room to rent in our 5 bed terraced house between Bethnal Green and Stepney Green stations.

One of our current house mates is moving out at the end of the month. We're all professionals of varying sorts, marketing, publishing, tax and some sort of TV production/design type thing.

We're looking for someone who'll fit into our friendly house, ideally a boy to keep a balance, but if you think you'd fit in then please contact us anyway.

The house is a spacious old terrace on a nice quiet street. We've got a big-ish garden, big kitchen diner, lounge and two shower/bathrooms.

As for us, we eat together, cook quite bit and like socialising, drinking together etc, but it's not really a big party house anymore. Jobs and such stuff getting in the way...

We're looking for someone similar, with a job, between 27-35yrs-ish, and we're happy to consider pets if you have any.

The room is available from the end of December but can be flexible a week either side, rent is £585 per month, due on the first of each month. Deposit is 6 weeks rent, and we're looking for someone who wants to stay for a while too.
