Hey, looking for a sociable professional to take a double room in our gorgeous three-story townhouse with a huge open living space and private rear garden!

We are a group of 3 (1 male, 2 female) all aged 24-25 who met on SpareRoom last year and have loved living together. Our other housemate is moving out to be closer to friends in East, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and outgoing to replace him.

The house is on a beautiful residential street, 5 minutes walk from Stockwell and Clapham North station in such a popular area for young professionals. The room is a very well-sized double room with two large built-in wardrobes, high ceilings, tons of natural light, and space for a large desk. The house has 2 bathrooms and a modern finish throughout. All bills with council tax come to about £120pm.
