Bright and sunny double bedroom in Stockwell/Nine

Looking for third housemate to join us.

The Room:
One furnished double bedroom with double bed and two large wardrobes, ready to move in. Overlooks the garden so very quiet. £950 including bills.

The House:
I live in a four-bedroom LGBT friendly house over four floors on a quiet residential street. It’s currently me and one housemate who moved in in March. Previous housemates were here for ten years and seven years. Looking for one new housemate to join us. There’s a shared bathroom plus separate loo. Large kitchen and dining area with access to the garden, and a living room and study. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine. The garden is large with a plan to renovate it this year. There’s fibre broadband.

Location:
On a quiet street in Stockwell with excellent travel connections. Short walk to either Stockwell (zone 2) or Nine Elms (zone 1) tube – both Northern lines and Victoria line at Stockwell. Buses to centre of London and a 15 minute walk to Vauxhall rail station. There’s a large Sainsbury’s plus a local one, Lidl and local Tesco. Lots of Portuguese and other restaurants and cafes. 24-hour Pure Gym nearby.

Who I’m looking for: somebody who is relatively independent and busy but still keen for some social activities. The house should be a friendly environment. It’s fairly clean and tidy and I’m looking for somebody who will be similarly respectful of the house including around any guests. Ideally not WFH especially not all the time but happy to discuss. No (other) pets. No couples.

About current housemates:
I’m a professional working in TV. I am pretty social on weekends and sometimes like to have friends round for dinner and drinks. Like travel, film, art, gym, TV, gardens and so on. My housemate works in property management and is fun and sociable and has a busy life. I have a well behaved, friendly dog called Archie so you must be good with that.

Rent + bills (pcm): £950 / includes bills (around £160 a month- gas, electricity, broadband, council tax band H) / excludes cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc
Tenancy: lodger agreement. I am the owner and landlord
Benefits + references etc: . No references are requested, but if you have them to offer it would be helpful
Deposit: one month
Access info: It is a raised ground floor house; two flights of stairs up to bedroom and bathroom; two flights of stairs to kitchen/dining room; steps down to separate loo; steps up and down to garden.
