This bright, modern flat has two rooms, a separate toilet & shower room, and a shared living room / kitchen with ample storage space. It's situated on a quiet mews, with multiple supermarkets nearby. The Northern & Victoria lines only a short walk away and there is a large shared cycle storage facility.
I'm hoping to move in with my partner, so I am looking for someone to replace me as soon as possible!
My flatmate is my cousin; a young city professional, with interests in rugby and cinema, and he has been a pleasure to live with for the last year.
He is hoping to move on in October, but the existing contract expires on 17th September 2024. This means you could stay for as little as 5 months or stay on to sign a new contract with a fresh flatmate come October time.
You will need to provide references to the estate agents for approval before moving in, but I have all the info needed to kick that off right away. Rent is £1150pm + bills with a deposit of 5 weeks rent.
