I am a 49 years old professional (nurse ), fluent in French, Portuguese and English well travel who leave in London for over 20 years. I am easy going, respectful and open mind. I leave in a spacious and cozy 1 bedroom apartment in Stockwell. The flat is located in a 1920 art deco building in very residential area. Clapham North and Stockwell station are with 5-8 minutes walk from the flat and you bus n 155, 88, 345, P5 about 2-3 minutes walk. There is Sainsbury, Tesco, Liddle, and off licence near by. The flat is furnished, the price includes all the bills and wifi connection. As I will be traveling abroad for work you will be staying alone in the flat during your stay, therefore I am looking for someone respectful of the property and mindful of neighbored, who will not be noisy while I am not there. You will not have access to the living room as I will be using this area as my room to leave my belonging. The double room has a very large wardrobe, office table.
