Cosy double room in Stoke Newington

We have a cosy double room to fill in our lovely 6 bed shared house. It’s split over 3 floors with 2 bathrooms, a toilet, kitchen, lounge, utility room and garden.

We’re 3 girls and 2 guys working in varying consulting/tech/events industries. We’re a friendly bunch looking for a sociable and respectful person to become our 6th housemate. We have a mix of WFH and in the office but with a big house and desks in each room it’s never a problem.

The room available is at the back of the house and looks out onto the garden. It’s furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe and gets plenty of light. No agency fees (but may need to pay to change the name on the agreement), only a £540 deposit available 20th May.

We’re in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Stoke Newington high street/church street and 3 minutes from Rectory Road overground.

Bills are around £90, and we each pay £10 into the kitty each month for cleaning/toilet supplies etc.
