Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a quiet and peaceful shared house. The room is very large and comes with a bed, wardrobe and desk (at an extra charge as I have paid for these myself). The house has two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a shared living room.
The bills come to around £100 a month per person and don't fluctuate much.
I am looking for someone to stay until the end of my tenancy and then into the new one, which will be signed in September (you can decide how long you want to sign for).
