I'm Oscar, current flatmate here! Sadly, two of my current flatmates are moving out at the end of our tenancy (nothing to do with me I promise lol, redunancies have struck sadly 😞 )

So I've got two really nice rooms up for grabs in a stunning flat and for a decent price considering the current market!

Both rooms back onto each other (the larger room then backing onto the kitchen/living area), and share a bathroom (which backs onto the smaller room)

The kitchen/living area is a large open space, the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine as well!

We even have a really nice balcony which is great during Summer! ☀️

And then the other crazy benefit to living here is the onsite Gym, which is included in our rent! 😲 Bit of a luxury in London so definitely a benefit if you go often! (i've not used it nearly enough hahah)

Finally, a bit about me I guess? 😂

I work in the creative/social media industry, I'm very easy going and up for a chat but also quite like my quiet time in my room either chilling, playing a game or using my recently-acquired record player (shout out to any indie music fans).

I work hybrid so I'm sometimes working here during the day, but also spend a bit of time out the flat at my girlfriend's flat (she has her own place, lucky for some eh) but yeah, honestly just after likeminded people who are clean, not disruptive and respectful 👍

Having used Spareroom myself from the other side, I am fully expecting to be inundated about these rooms lol so apolgies if I don't reply to you all!!

I'll be trying to organise viewings in the next few weeks so I can meet you and show you around!
