Hi!
We are professionals living in East London, near Stratford (multiple lines) and Maryland (connecting to the new Elizabeth Line). The area is quiet and has a few supermarkets near, and three different parks around (Wansted Park, Queen Elizabeth Park and West Ham Park)

We have a vacant double room, furnished, in a spacious 4bedroom house. The house has a big garden, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
We are looking for clean, tidy and somewhat friendly professionals between the ages of 25-34, with similar interests (maybe?) We are all into arts, film, cooking and travelling :) very chill vibe really. We also have a cat!

The bills on top of the rent would be around £70/£90 depending on the season (winter or summer due to the use of gas and electricity) plus a one off TV License fee of £32.
