I'm currently seeking a flatmate to occupy the spare room in my spacious 2 bedroom flat.

The double room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, but has more than enough space for additional furniture (for example a desk for working at home). The room gets a nice amount of sunlight and is a blank canvas to make yours.

A bit about myself. I'm a 32 year old Philosophy grad (now working in Marketing) born and bred here in South London. I'm a big fan of video games as well all things creative (music, dance, theatre, film). I'm naturally friendly and easy going - i love meeting and getting to know new people, as well as trips down to the pub.

The immediate area boasts a wealth of pubs and cafes, gyms, an ice-rink and swimming pool, a jazz and comedy club, a massive Tesco Extra and a Sainsbury's superstore (both 5 minutes walk away).

Streatham Common is right on our doorstep and features The Rookery - a really nice garden and woodland area, tucked away at the top of the park.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from both 'Streatham' and 'Streatham Common' stations.

Streatham Common station connects you to Balham in 5, Clapham Junction in 10 and Victoria in 18 minutes.

Streatham station can get you to Blackfriars in 20 and Farringdon in 25 minutes. Positioned just off Streatham High Road, buses can get you to Brixton in about 20 minutes.

The room is available now at a cost of £850 per month including all bills.
