A bright, calm two bedroom flat in a converted Victoria semi-detached house, a walk away from Tooting and Streatham commons, and a bus or cycle from the buzzing Peckham, Brixton, Balham.

The flat is filled with natural light from big sash windows, and sits on top of hill making for great sunset views (which is quite special for London!). It's set up for open plan living with a large kitchen, living room and dining space, and the bathroom features a shower and a spacious bath. I love having people over for drinks at the kitchen island, a special meal looking out of the bay window, or chilling on the sofa.

The current set up is perfect for a couple that work from home, with one double bedroom and a sizeable office for two people to work in. Alternatively the desk could be removed from the office (by us) and a bed added (by you) to make this a two bedroom rental.

We have a sizeable garden reached via the side of the house. This gets lovely sun and is great for BBQ’s. If you’d like to use it would need a solid gardening session and then maintenance to keep accessing it, as there are lots of fast growing plants!

The flat is fully furnished and bills are set up, so it's ideal for anyone looking for a short term rental. Beyond furniture, the decor can be left as is for ease, or removed so you can make it your own for the time you are here.
