Double room in my beautiful, spacious 2-bed flat

I am looking for a female to rent out the spare double bedroom in my 2 bed flat. I have only just moved back in again after renting the property out for a number of years and would love to find someone who isn't just paying rent but wants to spend evenings watching a movie or going to the local pub. The flat is really spacious and light, there is one bathroom and beautiful views of the city. There is a communal garden as well. The person moving in will need to like dogs as I am known to look after a furry friend from time to time.
