Double room in flat with backyard

Hi,

I am Sammy (32 year old professional) and looking for a housemate to live with me for 6 months (possibility of 12 months - will only know this later in the year).

I'm looking to share with a professional, female and non-smoker.

The room is large and will come unfurnished. There's a bathroom but you will mainly have this to yourself. The landlord stays between 1-3 nights a week for work but is not around very much when here.

There's a large backyard, lounge room and kitchen we share (although the lounge is furnished you will not be able to store things outside your room besides the kitchen for food/utensils etc). Small plants are okay.

Not far from two big parks Streatham Common and Tooting Bec Common. Overground 5 min walk and can get a bus to Tooting Bec underground in like 10-15min. Bus to Brixton in 20 mins. Aldi, m & s and big tesco like 5 minute walk from the house.

Bills are split and monthly cost for you will be:

Internet-£13.75
Electricity (top up meter) - £50-60 a month roughly as we pay as we go.
Gas- Varies each month obviously lower in Summer. Roughly £35 in Summer and £50 in winter depending on heating used.
Water- £26.08
Tv licence-£39.75 for 6 months
Council- £72.88
