We are looking for someone friendly to join our flatshare. The room is available immediately.
The flat is on Streatham Hill, close to the shops and restaurants of Streatham high road and Brixton. Excellent transport links to Brixton and very close to train station too.
We are young professionals, 2 male and 2 female, looking for someone similar to join us. We are clean and tidy and the flat is well maintained (cleaner included every 2 weeks!). We also like to socialise sometimes and sometimes share a glass of wine or a Sunday Roast.
The room includes all bills and wifi, and the flat also has a nice communal garden and a rooftop for barbecues/sunbathing.
