I'm off to move in with my girlfriend so this super nice sunny room in Streatham hill is up for grabs! There are 4 rooms in the house in total with 1.5 bathrooms. 3 of us are moving out, just our trusty flatmate Kyle (27m) is staying on.

At just 5mins walk from Streatham hill station (Clapham junction in 10mins, Victoria station in 20mins) as well as multiple buses at the bottom of the road to get you to Brixton (victoria line) in as quick as 10mins (traffic dependent) the flat is really well situated!

Streatham high road has all you need near by with M&S food hall, co-op, Sainsbury's local and Tesco's express all within 5mins walk from the house aswell as an abundance of cafes, restaurants, gyms and shops close by too.

This flat has been super nice to live in and I will be sad to go! It has all you want in a flat.. garden, living room, plenty of space, close to transport and amenities. So I'm hoping to pass it on to someone who really wants to make the most of it! Would ideally suit a professional in their 20s or early 30s.
