We have a bright double room available in our flat from june 28th.
Our spacious apartment is based in a friendly block with access to a large communal garden. It’s fully furnished with all mod cons. Bills are approx £100 per month. We have access to a small secure shed at the back of our building for a few extra pounds monthly- perfect for bike storage etc.
Our flat is just a 2 minute walk from Streatham Hill Station and all that this great area has to offer. We have some great restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep.
About us:
Claire and Laura have lived here for a few years. They’re both in their early- mid 30s and work in healthcare and NFP. When we’re hanging out at home, we enjoy cooking, binge watching a decent show and going out for dinner & drinks. Laura enjoys pilates and the theatre. Claire likes running, hiking and music.
