Rafael here. My housemate Alex and I live in a 3 bedroom house in Surrey Quays and we are looking for the 3rd housemate.
No couples, please
There is also 4 y. o. Terrier called Neo, who is very affectionate and well-behaved.

THE HOUSE
We are in very quiet residential area.
The décor throughout the house makes it very comfortable and easy to maintain.
Corridors, stairs, and bedrooms are carpeted. Doors and windows are double glazed.
The house is fully furnished and all pieces are in very good condition.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with wood flooring at the top of the house. It makes an excelent space for relaxing and unwind after work.
We also have a very sunny balcony with a bbq grill and seating.
If you have a car the parking is free and off-street. Parking permits are not necessary.

THE BEDROOM
The bedroom on offer is carpeted and comes with a double bed, headboard and two side-by-side double wardrobe with sliding doors. The central heating's radiator is behind the door.
The bedroom is a lovely bright space with plenty of storage.
There is also a private balcony with table and chairs.

THE LOCATION
The house is in a cul-de-sac road with gret transport links. Surrey Quays station (Overground/Windrush line) is only 12 minutes walk away. Canada Water station is about 20 minutes away. Bus 199 runs 24h and stops less than 50 meters away.
The Greenland pier is also nearby. River bus (RB1 route) runs from Woolwich Arsenal to Battersea Power Station.
There are also shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms, pharmacy, Tesco Extra, a big Lidl, and a 24h McDonald’s close by.

PRICE
The rent is £970pcm, with all bills included.
The deposit is £970.
The bedroom is available from Tuesday 28th May.

ABOUT US
I have been living here since 2018. Alex moved in about a year ago.
We both have full-time Monday-Friday jobs. We do not work from home.
The furred flatmate (Neo) is a young adult now. He's used to staying alone during the day and he stays in my bedroom.

ABOUT YOU
We would like to find someone kind, respectful. Tideness is preferred and expected.
Must be a dog lover. Neo is very friendly and enjoys interacting with everybody at all times. He doesn't need to be looked after when I am out but you are more than welcome to take him for a walk.
