2 girls, 28 & 32, live here with a fox red Labrador who is gorgeous and lives in the living room. We’re a clean and quiet flat who are looking for someone who is looking for something similar. Please do not apply if this is not for you.

Danni, the owner of our fox red girl, Pan, is a senior therapist and manages a children’s mental health service largely working from home. Danni loves being outdoors, getting a good nights sleep (30+ life), doing yoga and HIIT as Pan jumps on her in the living room in the mornings, and reading fantasy books before bed.

Jade, who also loves Pan, works in clinical research in the office 4x days a week, enjoys reading, has a number of thriving plants, and cycling recreationally.

Things we both enjoy: cuddling Pan, going on walks (with or without Pan), eating tasty food - one of our all time favourites being fries, being horizontal, listening to eclectic music, and having DMCs.

We’re looking for someone who is:
⁃ Friendly & warm
⁃ Clean (Pan will get to your food and dirty dishes if you leave them out!)
⁃ Quiet & Conscientious
⁃ Must love dogs - but no further pets
⁃ Full time permanent professional employment (Min. £30k salary to pass reference checks)
⁃ Boundaries: please note that partners are not permitted to live at the property - the room is for one person only!

This apartment is just a 10- minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground station and a 20-minute walk from Canada Water station. For those who prefer to travel by bus, the 188, 47, and 199 routes are just a 5-minute walk away.

This modern development boasts a yoga studio, a Tesco Express, a Co-Op, a dry cleaners, a nail salon, and three cafes (Plough Way Deli, Wolfys and The Pear Tree) - everything you need is right on your doorstep.
