Double Room To Rent In Surrey Quays

Hi!

I'll sadly be moving out of my flat in Surrey Quays (5-7 minute walk from surrey quays station) this summer (july/august flexible) and am looking for 1 person (girls only!) to take over for the remainder of my contract until december/january (with a possibility to extend).

The rent is £875 and the bills are usually £130 per month including council tax.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, and nightstand. There is a shared living room, with a sofa, dining table and a kitchen with some appliances provided (kettle/microwave). The bathroom is also shared.

My current flatmate is great! She is 22, from India, and has been in London for 4 years. She works in banking, loves to socialize and explore new parts of London. Looking for someone clean and respectful, ideally a working professional.

The flat is well-connected to key areas in Central London including Canary Wharf (20 mins), Stratford (30 mins), Liverpool Street (25 mins), Bank (25 mins), London Bridge (30-mins) etc. This is possible via bus routes in addition to overground and jubilee lines nearby.

The council tax band is B and is in Lewisham Council.
