A nice and bright double room with 2 beds available within a shared flat located in a quiet building in the Surrey Quays/Evelyn street area. Room is a large size double, very bright and is fully furnished.

The actual tenants are a young nice couple and another professional guys from Italy. Since we are all smokers we are looking preferably for tenants with this ugly habit :P
We have a very nice and bright double room (you can see it in the pictures) available for a couple or a couple of friends. We are all very friendly and sometimes we all go out together for a beer during weekends since week-time we're all always out for work.

Close walk from Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations
Lots of bus connections, including night buses and 24h services, to central London and the City (as N47 and 188) are within a few min walk.
The nightlife may not be the best but in 20 min by night bus you can be in Central London or O2 arena in North Greenwich.

LOCAL AREA:
* All amenities located nearby. Within 5-10 min walk e. g. including Surrey Quays shopping center within 10 mins walk
- Supermarkets and many independent shops
- Leisure center, gyms and parks (Surrey Quays leisure park)
