Hi there!

We are Adrien & Peter, two friendly guys looking for a new flatmate, male or female. We are 30 and 27 years old, non-smokers, working in central London, looking for a 3rd person to join us in our calm and friendly flat.

We stress that is a single occupancy availability only as we don't have the space for someone's partner to be half/living here.


THE ROOM AVAILABLE is a large well furnished bedroom.

Room includes a King size double bed, long desk, table and chair, wardrobes and two cupboards.

SIZE of the room : Approximately 10 feet width and 14. 5 length

Common rooms : kitchen (with washer/drier, oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer), bathroom (with large bath and separate shower), separate toilet. Fibre Optic broadband/wifi (150mbps).
Deptford Park is also 1 minute walk from the house.

The rent will be £600 per month, bills excluded. With bills, internet and the council tax, you can add between £60 and £80 each month, depending on electricity and gas usage. The rent + bills are payable at the beginning of each month via bank transfer. Deposit of £600

The flat itself is really conveniently located, with public transport if you work in central London. The house is located:
-10 minutes walk from Surrey Quays Overground station (5 min by bus)
-16 minutes walk from Canada Water tube station, (10 min by bus)
-25 minutes bus to London Bridge

We have a bus stop right outside the house, where you can catch buses 47 (24h), 188 (24h), 199, and N1.

What also is really cool and convenient about the location, is that we’re close to Surrey Quays shopping centre, with Tesco (open 24/7), Starbucks, and other shops. Also, an Odeon cinema and bowling alley. It’s also close to the Thames River and Greenland dock ferry service.
