Me and my friend Vasco are looking for a 3rd housemate to move into our flat from the end of september. We're both doctors, very easy going, like to socialise, but also relax and respect people’s privacy.

The double bedroom for rent is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of room for storage. The rent is £925 including bills and is available from the end of september.

The apartment is a 2-floored maisonette located in surrey quays. Its a 15min walk from canada water tube station and 10 mins from surrey quays overground station. There is a large open plan lounge and modern kitchen. We have sky tv, firestick with amazon prime netflix etc and high speed fibreoptic internet. There are also 2 bathrooms in the flat and free parking is available outside for anyone wanting to bring their own car.

There is a communal garden outside, and the apartment overlooks the greenland docks with views of the shard and canary wharf. The surrey docks watersports centre gym is also literally next door, just a 30 second walk away.
