This large and pretty double garden apartment is only a few minutes from the River Thames. When you take a walk or go running along the river you’ll rub shoulders with millionaires who own riverside apartments! If they’re nice you can make friends with them or if you’re single you can marry them and then you can potentially live in a great place overlooking the river instead of my flat! There’s a great array of pubs along the river. There’s even a riverside grassy knoll where you can have a picnic with friends or make out with your loved one or even someone you’re not that into.

If you fancy doing something interesting of an evening / weekend other than watching someone called Spencer bake cakes on reality TV, then you can take a walk along the world’s most beautiful river to the pubs, theatres, markets and restaurants of London Bridge, Borough or Greenwich. Or become zen and in touch with your inner self by doing yoga, tai chi or meditation on the viewing platform or grass by the river.

There’s a bus stop 30 seconds from your apartment and you could use the free phone app “Citymapper” or something similar which will tell you exactly when the next bus is coming along so you’ll never be late for work again (I don’t know if that’s supposed to be a plus point but at least you’ll be able to pay the rent!) If you were to walk into your private back garden with a 35 metre long bamboo stick (not provided) you could also poke people waiting at the bus stop. If you retract the stick quickly enough they’ll think it was one of the other commuters.

Talking of gardens did I mention this has a FRONT and BACK GARDEN. SO you get sun in the morning at the front and when the sun stops you can just run through the house (don’t run into any of the beautiful wooden doors) and go to the back where you can continue to bask in the rays. The back garden has a built in BBQ, a report by top psychologists showed that people who have a BBQ in their back garden are liked 80% more than their non-BBQ counterparts! Just think you and your friends could be drinking hooch in the sunshine and eating slightly burnt sausages.
