Double room to rent in Swiss Cottage

Hi,

I have a double room to rent in Swiss Cottage. It's in a lovely flat in a nice, safe area, 5 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage tube station and the amenities of Finchley Road. It's also close to Primrose Hill, Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath.

The flat is a 2 bed located on the second floor of a Victorian property. It has a large lounge with dining table, modern kitchen, and one modern bathroom. The room itself is a small double, with a built in wardrobe. It's unfurnished at the moment but I will provide a double bed and chest of drawers (unless you want to bring your own furniture).

You would be sharing the flat with me - a 31 year old HR Manager working in the public sector. I've recently taken on the tenancy for a period of one year, ending on 8 December 2014. I like going to the gym, chilling out watching TV (Corrie, Eastenders, Towie, Nashville to name a few) and films, cinema, shopping, going out with friends to bars and restaurants. All the usual stuff. Whilst I like to let my hair down, this isn't a party house and I want to keep the atmosphere chilled.

I'm looking for a professional female flatmate who's friendly, sociable, considerate, clean and tidy.

Bills are included in the rent. I've rented the flat through an agency so a £100 admin and referencing fee will apply. A six week deposit (£1177) is payable.

Your name will be added to the tenancy and you need to be able to commit to the full 9 months that is remaining. I've stated 9 March as a move in date because that would be exactly 9 months to term. However, I can be a little flexible on move in date. In addition, I'm sure the tenancy could be extended if both occupiers wanted that.
