I'm moving out of my gorgeous double bedroom in a 5 bedroom flat. I'm looking for someone to take over my remaining contract from Oct 14 to Feb 14 2015. If you plan to stay longer, you can renew the contract with the agency.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, and a bedside table and has a large bright window (west-facing). The mattress was newly replaced 2 months ago.
The flat has 2 refurbished bathrooms and a kitchen with a small dining area.

£700 per month rent ALL BILLS INCLUDED (includes all utilities, broadband internet, council tax and a biweekly cleaner.)

The Neighbourhood:
The flat is conveniently located 1 minute walk from Swiss Cottage underground station, 5 minutes to Finchley Rd, 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead and 15 minutes walk to St Johns Wood.
Close to: Finchley Rd, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill, Hampstead and Belsize Park and Regents Park.
Shopping is within 10 mins with a giant Waitrose and O2 Sainsbury. Also M&S, Boots, Superdrug, Argos, ODEON and plenty of restaurants around the corner.
