2 sunny double rooms in Sydenham

Looking for two cat-friendly housemates for my sunny Sydenham home, with easy access to central London.

Room 1 is a good sized double, with a desk and plenty of storage for £825 per month.

Room 2 (short-term only) is a sunny small double with a large desk for £800 per month. This room has a wall bed which can easily be pushed up for times when you need more floor space.

It's not a party flat, so it would be ideal for someone who wants a peaceful place to call home. I'm respectful of other people's space but also really enjoy a chat when we meet in the kitchen.

All bills are included in the rent, including fast fibre broadband.

Shared space:
Large kitchen-diner: includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, dining table etc.

Current housemate/live-in landlord: Me, Emily, 44. I usually work hybrid hours, with a couple of days in the office and the rest of the week from home. I'm relatively independent but definitely open to an occasional glass of wine or cup of tea and chat or going to a gym or yoga class together :) I'm currently travelling back and forth to Suffolk a lot but will be back in the flat full time in the next couple of months.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into central London. Trains go directly to Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and along the overground route.

It is a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school etc) and a 10 minute walk from Sydenham high street (with cafes, restaurants, gym and yoga studio etc). We also have some great takeaways at the bottom of the road!
