Double room available in large house in Sydenham

Large four bedroom property with garden located within minutes of Sydenham railway station.

We are a household of three women aged 30, 34 and 62 (live in landlord). We are looking for a female lodger who is a working professional, someone who is clean/tidy, eco-friendly and respectful. We are all working professionals with different schedules so the house can often be quiet. The ideal housemate would be someone who is highly independent, goes out to work, enjoys their own space/time but can also engage in friendly conversation when in communal spaces.

We have a double room available, located on the second floor of the house. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk & desk chair, clothes rail and set of drawers.

Bills and broadband are included in the rent.
