- The location: We live on Telegraph Hill with fantastic views over London, free on-street parking and great connections to central London – with New Cross Gate station about 6 minutes walk away which gets you to London Bridge in 8 minutes with the train, as well as Overground connections and Nunhead and New Cross train stations less than 15 minutes walk away. We have the Telegraph Hill park right up the street with tennis and basketball courts, the best pizza in London, as well as the local market, church and café. About 7 minutes walk away we have a big Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx, B&M and other stores and cafes on New Cross Road.

- We are mainly looking for long-term tenants but would consider short-term as well.
