A light, spacious double ensuite room to rent in a family home in Telegraph Hill, New Cross.
You will be sharing with a relaxed family of five (including three young children) in our large 5 bedroom home opposite Telegraph Hill Park. We are around 10 minutes walk from New Cross Gate, Brockley and Nunhead stations. We are also 5 minutes walk from buses towards Central London, Lewisham and Greenwich.
The room has a double bed, large wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with toilet. The room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. You will have shared use of the kitchen and garden. Additionally, the kitchen has a sitting area with TV which can be used (we tend not to use the kitchen after 8.30pm unless we have occasional guests round in which case the living room would be available).
This would suit someone looking for a room in a friendly and comfortable family home. The house is often busy during the day with children and adults coming and going and relatively quiet after 7pm!
We would also consider short lets (less than 3 months) for £175 per week.
