We are in a terraced house. No. 48 Cromer Road, Tooting. SW17 9JN. A single bedroom is available. A small kitchenette with microwave, Air fryer, kettle, toaster, 2 plate stove and small fridge., plus kitchen table and chairs. Washing of dishes and laundry to be done downstairs in the main kitchen.
Upstairs bathroom to be shared between the two tenants.
We are a 5 min walk to Tooting overland station, 15 min walk (or 5 min bus) to Tooting Broadway. and half an hours
walk to St. Georges Hospital. Female preferred
