Double Room In Huge Modern House

I'm moving out of my shared house and have a fully furnished double room available. The house is really high spec and recently renovated, and is also only a short walk from Tooting Broadway and Thameslink at Tooting station!

Perks of this house include:

-Open plan kitchen/living room with built-in indoor BBQ
- Home office at the bottom of the garden
- 3 bathrooms + 1 stand-alone toilet
- 1 spare room with a single bed for guests

The house has a really good vibe and is shared with 3 other guys (Jamie, Matt & Raam) who are all really social and chilled out. We all get on pretty well in the house so will be looking for someone else who is keen on making some mates!

It is £1100.00 pm for rent (includes council tax). Bills usually come out to around £70 per month. You will also need to pay a deposit.

Move in date is flexible but looking for around mid-may.
