Double room in spacious 3 bed flat

Hi I'm Sarah (the current tenant) looking to find a tenant for my lovely double bedroom in spacious and lovely flat. I am off travelling hence moving out. Move in date is dependant on the referencing process (4-6 weeks)

The current tenants are two working professional females, friendly and welcoming. Its my task to find a tenant who is a working professional preferably female, who is not looking for a party house but a nice place to come home to after a tough day at work. Social is always a plus as there is a very spacious shared living room, but also someone who respects the need for privacy and space.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the flat as the girls are very easy going and friendly and enjoy chats in the kitchen and catching up over some TV in the evenings.

The rent is £925 a month with an additional 100-150 approx bills including cleaner. The letting agent asks for £50 referencing fee which will need to be paid prior to starting the referencing process. The room is furnished, with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a shared garden, but also a private garden for just our flat, which is lovely on those long warm summer evenings. The area itself is quiet and only a short distance from tooting bec station approx 5-10min walk with tooting broadway an additional 5 mins walk away.

Of course with living in tooting you will never be stuck for gorgeous restaurants and night life only down he street. There is a tescos and various other shops towards tooting broadway, with the city centre just a 25 min tube journey away.

I will be sad leaving this area as its been my home for nearly 8 years and would highly recommend tooting as a lively and vibrant area to live. Within 10 minutes in either direction you have Wandsworth common or Tooting Bec common for green spaces.

The property will be available early June also.
