The bedrooms
The rent is a modest £950/month per person excluding bills which are approx. £100/month. The deposit is one month’s rent (£950 per person).
Each room is spacious and bright with fabulous bay windows (French doors into garden recently installed in room #3) and exposed original wood flooring. All rooms have been recently refurbished and come fully furnished with a new double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside table, and traditional fireplace features. There is also ample space to install a desk with sufficient wall sockets dotted around each of the rooms.
The Flat
The flat has recently undergone a full refurbishment including a newly installed open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, a shared living room, and new shared bathroom. The kitchen opens up onto a large private garden, perfect for summer chilling (weather dependant!). The flat also comes with a significant storage area located under the stairs to the above flat.
Please note that any minor finishing touches required and evidenced in the images will be addressed by the time you move in.
Transport Links
The flat is a swift 15-minute walk from Tooting Bec Tube Station (Northern Line) and only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, with regular buses to Balham and Clapham Junction.
The Local Area
The surrounding area is very peaceful and safe, with the flat situated on a pleasant leafy road. A few local shops and cafés are located just a minute’s walk away and for those who enjoy the great outdoors, Tooting Bec Common is also an easy 5-minute walk away.
Ideal Tenants / Requirements
We’re looking for a group of three professionals (ideally 3 friends) who are in permanent, full-time employment and aged between 25-35 who are looking for a lovely (newly refurbished) place to call home. We’re private landlords who luckily live a 5 minutes’ drive away and hence will be responsive, however in return would ask that you are respectful of the space and willing to keep it clean and tidy.
Key requirements: no pets, no couples, no smokers and no students.
