Lovely double bedroom available in spacious flat

Hey :) we have a cosy double bedroom going in a lovely spacious flat share, available from the end of June!

The flat is a great size; we have a big open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, and our own garden with a bbq which we use a lot in summer! The room itself is a bright and cosy furnished double with a desk and good storage, and costs £850 a month (bills are currently £65 on top, these may go up slightly to around £85 in winter).

We're less than a 10 minute walk to Tooting High St, so lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms and Tooting Markets are very close-by. As well as being well situated to Tooting Broadway station, Earlsfield Station is also just a 5/10 minute bus journey away.

We're a fun easy going household, who all enjoy exploring London as well as chilling in the living room together having dinner with a glass of wine or watching TV. We have a good balance of socialising together as a flat as well as seeing our own groups of friends, so we're keen to find someone similar who wants to be friends and not just flatmates.
