A spacious double bedroom in a 2-bed flat in a great location that is quiet and suburban while also being a 2 minute walk to the high street in Tooting.

You would be sharing with a working professional named Anshul (Digital Marketing). He is 27 and is very easy going and friendly while also being tidy and respectful of everyones own space.

The most ideal time for me to move would be start of June but I am open to an earlier or later date and can be flexible!

Transport:
5 minutes away from Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line), 7 minutes away from Tooting Station (Thameslink/Southern), with lots of buses to Streatham, Mitcham, Balham and Wimbledon.

5 minutes away from Tooting Common and Tooting High Street, lots of nearby pubs, restaurants and supermarkets (Lidl, Sainsbury's and local supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk)

About The Flat:

Rent is £1025 per month, this includes council tax, internet, service charge and a monthly cleaner who does an amazing job in all the common areas. It also includes a permit for the car park that would you need to contact the land lord about if interested.

Additional bills for water, electricity and gas come to around an additional £75 a month.

The flat comes fully furnished with a comfortable living room (smart TV included), large kitchen with plenty of space and storage for two (with a dining table) and large bathroom. It also has a shared garden. The flat is on the first floor of the building with very polite and friendly neighbours.

This bedroom is bright and open with a lot of natural light. It comes with a large built in wardrobe, a large chest of draws and bedside unit. The double bed comes with a mattress and the room has a large desk perfect for anyone who would need to WFH.
