Male roommate needed

Please read the whole Ad description before messaging please. We only looking for a male roommate as we already have two ladies in the house.

This is a calm and quiet household, everyone keeps to themselves as we all have our personal life’s and busy with work, but when we bump to each other in the house we will have a chat to catch up on each others life’s, We also respect each others space and privacy.

We have household chores, so each person will have their chore given to them but in this case , the housemate who leave will take their chore , hope that’s ok. The chores is to be done once a week a day of your choice as long as it’s done and on a daily basis if something needs cleaning we just clean it . Everyone should clean after themselves maintaining communal areas (kitchen/ living space & bathroom ) all clean ready for next person to use. Nothing should be left out or left messy.

Gas and electric is paid in turns which I have created a chart so you just check so you know when it’s your turn to top up. We all keep track on the metre when it’s running low so we all remind the next person it’s there turn.
Gas and electric is £40 so you’ll top up £20 on each.

Broadband and tv licence is paid every three months so between four housemates is £32 approx each person.

Your rent is paid same day each month so if you move in 13th July you’ll pay on 13th of every month.

When we pick the right roommate I will show you how to put the heating, how to top up gas and electric and broadband and licence will be sent to me .

This household is not a party house, nor a sleepover house. If you have a family visiting then they can stay with you in your bedroom for max 5 days to 1 week , no one can’t sleep in the communal area.
