Large double room & office for 4 month let!

I am leaving my lovely room and flatmates after nearly 2 years of living here to move in with my partner. So need someone to move in from asap until end of tenancy 15th September. (If you wish to stay on after this date you are welcome to find other people to stay with you in the house and switch names as our landlord is pretty chill).

The flat is 2 mins away from Tooting Broadway market and 5 mins away from the tube station and shops/ cafes/ pubs.

The flat is a 4 bed with an office which I currently am the only one to use so it would be all yours if you so wish. There is a garden, large kitchen and living room space, 2 bathrooms and one toilet plus plenty of storage cupboards.

My housemates consist of one girl, Em and 2 boys - Sam & Ben. They are all young professionals and very easy going and sociable.

The wardrobe and bed come with the room, but the Chest of drawers and desk are my own however I’m willing to include for cheap if you would like.
