Top floor: en-suite loft bedroom with built in wardrobes and large walk in shower (for rent) and second room currently used as a study.

First floor: There are 2 bedrooms, and the master bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath. One bedroom will be occupied by Grace, one night a week. She’s currently in the loft bedroom but moving out of London to buy a house.

Ground floor: There is a laundry room/ toilet, large kitchen, dining area with bifold doors leading to the garden and beautiful living room.

Looking for an individual who wants to be friends as well as a housemates! There is so much going on in Tottenham to explore!

I am a house proud individual, working full time; who enjoys holidays, Pilates, Bouldering, spending time with the neighbours, friends and family.

Looking for professions working Monday to Friday - hybrid workers totally welcome but not full time home workers, no shift workers and no students please.
