Huge double with garden access

Double bedroom

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 min walk from Bruce Grove station (5 min bus / 20 min walk to Seven Sisters, in the Victoria Line). I'm looking for a lodger for one of the 2 bedrooms. Preferably a she, who would share with me.

I work from home in the health industry, and tend to spend many weekends at my partner's. I'm a vegetarian, non-smoker.

The room is quite a big double with direct access to the communal garden. There're only around 20 flats in the block, with quiet and friendly neighbours.

I'd love to find someone who is respectful, clean and not a party animal, though of course friends are welcome, mine come around sometimes for dinner and may stay over the occasional night. Pets aren't allowed in the block.

Rent includes wifi. Electricity and gas are topped up in prepayment meters.

I still don't have current pics cause I'm finishing the decoration, these pics show how the flat was a few weeks ago. I'll upload new ones soon. Also, new furniture coming. Viewings from Friday 10th May.
