Small double in chilled E1 Tower Hill flat
My flatmate is off to Canada for a year so I have a small double available. The flat is on a quiet leafy street, in a modern building, on the top floor.
The bedroom is small but bright, there is a chest of drawers, clothes rail and double bed, not much room for anything else.
Kitchen is spacious and shower is new. I cycle to work most days and get a shower at work, so you would have the bathroom to yourself in the morning.
Living room has a HD projector, turntables and a covered terrace with a bbq. Despite what that might suggest, I'm pretty quiet around the house most of the time! During the week anyway...
Water is only bill included in rent. Bills will come to £100-130, including a cleaner, who comes every 2 weeks.
