Double room in a two bed flat available for a short let commencing around 10 August on Tooley Street. Minimum let for 6 weeks.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two small bed side tables and looks on to a park.

The flat has a large living room with adjacent dining area, a decent sized bathroom, a medium sized kitchen as well as two additional wardrobes that are currently used for storage.

The flat is a stone throw away from Tower Bridge with excellent transport links and several tube stations in walking distance:
London Bridge: 5 min
Tower Hill: 10 min
Bank: about 15 min

Supermarkets: Tesco metro is a 10 min walk away, there is also a Sainsbury`s and a Waitrose about 10-15 min away. Borough market is at the end of the street.

Rent with all bills comes up to £855 per month.

I am looking for a flatmate to replace me while I am away with work who is clean and tidy and is happy to participate in cleaning the flat on a regular basis. The new flatmate will be a professional who is respectful and polite. This is not a party flat.
