City based - Tower Bridge

Hello!

This is a nice little 3 bed flat round the corner from Tower Bridge, opposite St Katherines Docks. Perfect location for someone who also works maybe in the City or Canary wharf.

Looking for someone similar to get on with rather than just an awkward flatmate! Ideally someone my age (so 30ish) rather than a young student! I'm pretty social and like to see friends at the weekend at the pub etc and I do spend quite a lot of time out of the house doing active things.

It's a 3 bed flat, family owned, that is occupied only by myself and occasionally the 3rd bedroom is used for my brother on the very occasional visit from Scotland.

This place would probably suit someone who works in the office most of the time, rather than purely WFH. A balance would be okay though.

I'm looking for someone ready to move in ASAP but for a short-term period of a few months (negotiable - so please do ask). I'm looking to buy a property in Clapham over the summer, hence the short duration of the let.
