Very convenient here, 15min bus to central Saint Martin; direct tube to zone one, 10min to UCL and 15 to the AA; and all kinds of supermarkets can be found easily here

Btw, there is a huge park nearby, wonderful place for exercise

!!! 288pw!!!. (Now on the iQ website the price has rises up to £382 pw , if u r a student who wish to continue living here, u can renew the contract for the next academic year with just £360 pw)

288pw is for two months full rental, was originally 333pw. ( can transfer the official contract )
if u want rent weekly, the price is 333pw, 2weeks minimum.

It’s the student accommodation, safe of course, and good management. I’m going back home for summer, so I do hope someone can take the rest of the contract, which will end on 24th August.
