As I am leaving London, I’m looking for someone to take over my room, starting from 01 June:

🚪The room is full furnished with all you need, including a cozy double bed, desk, and a wardrobe. There is a huge floor-to-ceiling window so the room is always super bright.

🏡 The shared spaces include a living room with an adjacent balcony, a sofa, flat screen Tv and a dining table. There is a spacious kitchen equipped with a modern fridge and stove. The bathroom is shared and includes a bath tub.

📍Our flat is nestled in a peaceful residential area and a 10 minute walk from Tufnell Park and Kentish Town (Zone 2).
It is located near charming cafes and restaurants, and just a short walk to Northern Line, Thameslink (stations: Tuffnell Park/Kentish Town), and Piccadilly Line (Caledonian Road).

✏️The minimum contract term is 3 months but our landlord prefers long-term rents. Rent is £1075 (excluding bills, which are around £115).

As my flatmate Alexis is also currently moving out, we still have to find your future flatmate. It goes without saying that we will ensure that you and the other future flatmate get to know each other before the contract is signed to ensure that everyone gets along!
