Tufnell Park room in friendly shared house

We are looking for a 4th housemate to join our friendly, calm house.

This small double room (£674 + bills) looks out onto the garden and is airy and cool.

We are in a lovely green area of London with plenty of cafes and amenities close by. Within walking distance of Hampstead Heath and Caledonian Road, Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) and Tufnell Park (Northern Line) tube stations, we are also really well connected by bus to Central and East London.

We have a shared office space and separate living room with a projector in the basement. We tend to eat together in the kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave) and currently take turns to cook on an informal basis (no pressure to participate). We are a queer and trans-friendly house.

We are currently paying about £120 for bills a month into the house account (Council Tax Band E). Spare Room won't let us record the deposit as it is split equally between us four ways whilst we have split the rent unevenly to make this room the cheapest in the house. The deposit is therefore £807.70.
