The two flatmates are:
Tramell - 31, working at a record label and as a freelance DJ. As I work a lot in nightlife and music, my home is a place to relax and decompress. I do like to play music but keep it at a respecful level and I'm a big foodie. On occasion will host friends for drinks over the weekend. Work from home twice a week.

JJ - 23, works in landscaping. Rarely in the house but when he is keeps to his room. Will be moving out at some point in the summer to go back to the family home once renovations are done.
