Large room available in friendly house share

We have a very large room available with tons of space and a lovely bay window.
Bills included are council tax, WiFi, house essentials like cleaning products toilet paper etc are also included. Gas and Electricity are paid apart and comes every 3 months and is divided equally between the flatmates. There is a house bank account where rent and payments are done. Cleaning is done by us the tenants, rotas every week.

Its located between Turnham green (5min walk) and Chiswick Park (10min walk) stations, also Overground South Acton Station 15 min walk to get fast access to North East London.

But most important, 3 min walk to the "Duke of Sussex" Pub and their great ales. Also, N94 its the saver for coming back from your night outs in central london.

We are friendly and sociable flatmates from 25 to 30 years old, all young professionals. We are fairly busy during the week but would share dinner in the living-room when back home, and go out altogether once in a while. Everyone in the house is pretty energetic , we recycle, and use the bbq in summertime. Cooking abilities are quite high in the house. Guests are allowed to stay for a few nights in the living-room with some notice to the rest of the flatmates.

We are renewing the tenancy of the house in April and you would be getting into a 1 year contract with Foxtons. We will try to maintain a balance between girls and boys in the flat.

Also we have a small cat living with us who is very friendly and loves the odd cuddle.
