Room in 2 bed flat next to Vauxhall station

Hi all,

My Flatmate is leaving 😢 so I am looking for someone to take her room from the 22nd of May (subject to reference checks).

The flat is located a quick 2 minutes walk from Vauxhall Station, and therefore super well connected to central London.

You will be sharing with me and you’ll get to meet me once you pop round for the viewing 😊

The rent is £1,112 plus bills which come around £210 each per month, so a total of £1,322p/m which is reasonable for the area.

The flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom space so you'll have your own bathroom (I have an en-suite!)

My Flatmate is selling the cube shelving unit so if interested let me know and I can get a price for you. The room comes with the bed, wardrobe, bedside storage and the blue foldable chair.

I will be doing viewings next week, so please let me know a bit about yourself and when you would be able to move in.
